The tools on this site are personal developer projects involving Agentic Programming and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI agents can “hallucinate” or provide inaccurate, incomplete, or biased information.
- Autonomy: While these agents connect to services like Google and WhatsApp, Spyriadis Network is not responsible for the autonomous actions taken by the agents, including the sending of messages or the modification of data in linked accounts.
- “As-Is” Basis: All tools are provided “as-is” without any warranty of any kind.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use
You agree to use these tools responsibly. You are prohibited from:
- Using agents to send spam, bulk marketing, or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp or other services.
- Attempting to bypass LLM safety filters or “jailbreak” the agentic logic.
- Using the tools for any illegal activity under Greek or International law.
4. Third-Party Dependencies
Our services rely on APIs provided by Google, Meta, and AI Providers. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by these third parties, changes in their terms, or the suspension of our API access.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spyriadis Network and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of these experimental projects, including data loss or account suspensions on third-party platforms.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the website shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Athens, Greece.
