Introduction

Welcome to Spyriadis Network. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you interact with our blog and the personal developer projects (tools, agents, and applications) hosted under this domain. We operate in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection laws.

Data Collection & Purpose

As a developer platform specializing in LLMs and agentic programming, we process data in the following ways:

  • Google Services API: Our projects may request OAuth access to your Google account (e.g., Calendar, Drive, Gmail) to perform automated tasks on your behalf. We do not store your Google credentials or personal files on our servers.
  • Messaging Services: When you use our tools to send messages via WhatsApp or other platforms, we process the necessary metadata (phone numbers, message content) strictly to facilitate the transmission.
  • LLM Processing: Your inputs are processed using third-party Large Language Model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). Please note that your data is subject to the privacy policies of these providers.
  • Analytics & Logs: We may collect standard web logs (IP addresses, browser type) to maintain the security and stability of our experimental tools.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with third-party service providers (Google, Meta, AI providers) to the extent necessary to provide the “agentic” functionality you have initiated.

Data Retention

Personal data processed during an “agent session” is generally transient. We aim to keep system logs for no longer than 30 days. OAuth tokens can be revoked by you at any time through your Google or WhatsApp security settings.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Since we are based in Athens, Greece, you have full rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, and the right to object to processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the blog’s contact information.
